Steep learning curve

Marta had to help me upload a head shot for my Blavatar, crazy word that that is.  And I now have to learn how to delete the auto-generated spam responses that come in sneakily NOT under “comments” (easy to delete) but under “possibly related links” (which I will learn how to delete).

I… I … I think this is hard!

Spam

Since the first comments I received on my initial blog attempts were pure spam, I now need to become familiar with my blog provider’s anti-spam survival thingie.  As a matter of fact, they tell me that 82% of blog comments are auto-generated spam.  That’s disgusting.

Thanks, Mom and Dad, for the REAL comments!  They help me learn to navigate on the site and figure out how to “approve” them or how to be a moderator.

Gr-r-r-r about spam!!

Maybe if I change settings to PRIVATE instead of PUBLIC…

Landscape Arch

I LOVE this arch. (It is the one permanently in my photo header in the upper right.)  It will be the next one to fall down, I fear, since it is the longest and leanest in the park.  Hope you can see it before “then,” whenever “then” is.  I will go see it on my first or second day.  Just in case.
